Acceptance#

By using icly.dev you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts#

Accounts are available only through Discord or GitHub login, with one account per provider identity. You are responsible for keeping your provider account secure, and you may not share your account with others.

Acceptable use#

Do not post spam, abuse, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or self-promotion. This list is not exhaustive. Do not try to break, overload, or probe the site beyond normal browsing.

Moderation#

Comments appear immediately. They may be edited, removed, or collapsed at any time, and moderators may act without notice.

Rights we reserve#

The site owner reserves the right to take any action needed to keep the site safe and functional. This may include removing content, suspending or revoking accounts, changing or discontinuing features, and updating these terms at any time. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent loss of access.

Content#

You retain the rights to what you post. You grant the site a non-exclusive license to store and display your posts. Removed content may remain as a [deleted] placeholder so conversations keep their context.

Docs feedback#

Feedback submitted through the docs is public and non-confidential. Depending on how you are signed in, it is published either as a GitHub issue under your own GitHub account, or as a GitHub issue posted under the site owner's account with a credit to your Discord handle, together with a public comment on the page. The same rules that apply to comments apply to feedback: do not include anything you are not comfortable publishing.

No warranty#

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It is a personal project, so features may change, data may be lost, and downtime may occur.

Liability#

To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from content posted by other users.

Children#

The site is not directed at children under 13. By using it you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
